Documentation about requirements need some updating

Description

By reading the documentation at https://docs.mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/en/master/quick-start/ towards the end there're links to download

• Version 8 of tomcat here instead of tomcat 9 here
• Version 7 of java with a link to here

Instead of that a link pointing to the requirements here would be kept more up to date easily

On the page at https://docs.mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/en/latest/developer-guide/requirements/, the links and releases are a bit old too

• Link to tomcat is pointing tomcat 8 where the recommended is tomcat 9
• It marks java 11 as the maximum version, while java 17 is working fine (at least for me and many others)

Documentation section involved
