Use standard buttons in group assignment dialog

The buttons in the user group assignment are not standard, both in terms of naming and functionality. Standard buttons are

  • Apply: save the changes and keep the dialog open
  • Ok: save the changes and close the dialog
  • Cancel: discard the changes and close the dialog

Currently we have:

  • Save: the same as standard "apply"
  • Cancel: the same as standard "cancel"
