linking to apps

Links to each individual app can be generated (see original instructions here: Microsoft/AzureNotebooks#95 )

These instructions are specific the repository we are using:

• use a link of the form: https://notebooks.azure.com/lheagy/libraries/em_apps/html/DC_Cylinder_2D.ipynb where you modify the name of the app appropriately
• this will take users to a static html view of the file. If they are logged in, they can run the app. Otherwise they can view the static or download it

(providing links that jump straight to a live notebook is on the todo list, but not live yet... we will keep an eye out for it)

Great alternative! but it seems run button is not activated even after I logged in.
