Manual Author Entries for Case Histories

Currently, authors must added to the contributors page and referenced within case_histories.json. As a result, manual entries cannot be included in the case_histories.json file. Hopefully something can be done about this. Otherwise:

  1. The list of names on the contributors page will grow significantly with every case study.
  2. We will need to deal with getting permission from every author to include their affiliation etc... on the contributors page
