[Feature Request] Update land info for GEOS-FP

GEOS-FP has some improvements to the surface info as described here: https://gmao.gsfc.nasa.gov/researchbriefs/land_changes_GEOS-FP/land_changes_GEOS-FP.pdf.

I haven't had a chance to review this yet, but it might be worth updating our constant surface metfields fields for GEOS-FP.
