[Feature Request] Create integration test for listInputDataFiles

Basic idea

The output of ./listInputDataFiles is compatible with rsync (for local copying), so the integration test could create an isolated ExtData (with only the files needed for a 1-day simulation), and check that this isolated ExtData has all the files we need.
