[FEATURE REQUEST] GCC vs GCHP diff-of-diffs in transport tracer simulation

I noticed that the 14.0 benchmark does not have diff-of-diffs plots for the transport tracer simulation, presumably because it is not in the transport tracer yml file and has not been tested. This would be good to add since these comparison are very useful for spotting bugs in GC-Classic and GCHP.
