Translation error with media content element

Bug Report

Current Behavior

When I try to translate a news item with a text-media or media content element with a youtube video, I get the error "1: Localization failed: There already are localizations (1341) for language 1 of the “tx_news_domain_model_news” record 1340".

But no problem translating a news item with a content element that has no media

Environment

  • TYPO3 version(s): 12.4.19
  • news version: 11.4.2
