DOC: Purpose of some steps unclear

I have played with undervolting today for the first time.

Here are a few questions I have, which I hope will be used to improve the README file:

  1. What is this step meant for?

Generated the command to run to recreate your Throttlestop settings: [...]

  1. Why would one choose to make undervolt "Running automatically on boot"? From what I have tested the settings seem to be preserved.
