Java Language Server cannot start

I typically encounter this error occassionally. After starting VS Code. There is a boot up message that says "Java Language Server cannot start." Well. I will usually ignore it. But when I try to compile ABC.java file. The java compiler will say ABC.java causes a file not found exception. The issue is ratified after I go to the JDK, in this case Oracle 17 SDK, and manually run the java compiler. After which I recompile the file inside VS Code environment, and ABC.java works. Its irritating to encounter this sort of error periodically.
