Compatability with vim-lsp

The README states

Note: This tool is not compatible with vim-lsp as it only supports LSPv2.0.

Is this still an issue, and if so, can the wording be updated to be more clear? It's currently a little ambiguous, since I'm not entirely sure if the issue lies with vim-lsp or with this project.
