Issues behind NGINX proxy

I have this set up and working fine until I access with using nginx. It will still scrape recipes just fine but when clicking add to grocy the page that is supposed to show the grocy "bits" is empty. I know I need to add something to nginx config for this proxy but I'm just not sure what. Does anyone else have recipe buddy set up behind npm and working correctly?
