Support of covariates

I am just wondering if the inclusion of covariates into the parameters will be supported in the future versions.

Please provide more details. I need to know the following:

• what are covariate parameters (provide specific examples)
• how does this fit into the extreme value theory
• how do you envision an interface for including them
