Is there way to unlock data in 1password backup using 1pass ?

I have been using the 1pass tool to read the data that 1password saves in folders before and it works fine.

Recently I want to move 1password's data to iCloud (CloudKit) for syncing, so that 1pass can't read 1password's files anymore.

So I was wondering if 1pass can read the backup file (.1p4_zip) of 1password?

I tried to extract the backup file, it is a sqlite database and the structure inside seems to be different from 1Password.agilekeychain.
