Lowercase eth (ð) looks weird in 8pt version

(Just wanted to say, thanks for the great project; I really appreciate the work you put into this.)

The U+00F0 LATIN SMALL LETTER ETH glyph in the 8pt regular and italic do not look like eths, but rather they resemble U+0111 LATIN SMALL LETTER D WITH STROKE.
