Compare the two attachments to see unwanted side-effect ItalicFeatures={RawFeature=+hlig} Difference is seen best when downloading the two images and comparing them full screen in an alternating way. Please fix this.

I must confess I don’t see any difference whatsoever apart from the elegant s_t ligature. What is the “unwanted side-effect”, specifically?

The following is in the second one moved a bit to the left:

• the 'i' in still
• the 's' in is
• the 's' in sitting
• the first 't' in sitting

The happens also in sentences when StylisticSet={5} is used.

View the two images in separate tabs in your web browser and switch between them with Ctrl+Tab a few times and you will see it.

To me that looks like a problem with on screen rendering. Have you tried to compare printouts of the pdf? Or setting it in a much bigger size? Also, do you use microtype expansion?
