kerning in upright small caps

I think that some of the following kerning pairs with small caps might be improved:

• The pairs Pa, Ua, pa, ua, ya have the glyphs too distant from each other.
• The pairs fa and ja might need some fine tuning.
• The pair Ya has the glyphs too close to each other.
