[08 Sizes] No-Break Spaces

Hello, thank you for your great work.

In EBGaramond08-Regular.otf (from the release and nightly builds), the width of the standard nonbreaking space (U+00A0) is too narrow. I suspect this maybe a glyph misplacement issue (related to #80?). Thank you.
