It hasn't been updated in years, and Octavio Pardo's repository isn't much different.

Hello, In EB Garamond SC font there is one Polish character missing. The capital letter L and Ł are fine but the small letters should be similar (small capital letters)...
It seems to me that ligatures which work well with English do not work with German. Is this a feature still missing or do I have to adjust something extra?...
