Give support to 2D TMS Tilesetmetadata

The OGC 2TMS standard defines a format for tile metadata.

It would be nice to add support to this, in addition to mapbox's tilejson, which is already supported.

There are providers that do not support tilejson, like the case of elasticsearch see. In those cases, we could do our best effort to generate data in 2D TMS Tilesetmetadata.

In reality to be conformant to the standard, 2D TMS Tilesetmetadata should be implemented.
