[Feature Request] Provide an Helm chart for the installation on Kubernetes

We are normally deploying everything on Kubernetes and don't use single containers on VMs. GeoHealthCheck did not yet have a way for an easy installation on K8s. Helm chart is the best way to do this, so it would be great to have an official chart for GeoHealthCheck.
