better indication while testing

a drilldown test each layer of a wms test takes quite long

if you click test now on the ui, it is not quite clear that the test is running

add a progress bar/spinner (and disable other tools?) while test is running

not sure if test can return a running status, 10%, 20%, that would be nice!
