What does the "tracklet_id" parser argument in process_phalpy.py do?

The parser argument "tracklet_id" is set as 1 in default. When I used it like this, in scenes where there are two people, only one person had its mesh reconstructed. And so I changed this "tracklet_id" to 2, but it did not give any change.
