postgis db setup

Ran into a couple issues in postgis setup

this is not harmless:

1. when i try to save the db, nothing shows up in the list, no errors are shown, and if i return to try to add another one, the screen is grey and the fab button to add a new database is not even visible.

this might be harmless: 2. when i click the refresh icon, i get this red error: `type 'String' is not subtype of type 'bool'

i am not sure if the issue with saving is due to the url format, or whats going on...

any help?
