GSS server: saving the password deletes the URL if not saved

Here is the correct workflow for setting up a GSS server:

1. Write the server URL
2. Click on the save/floppy disk icon on the right
3. Write the server password
4. Click on the save/floppy disk icon on the right

What could happen is the following:

1. Write the server URL
2. Write the server password
3. Click on the save/floppy disk icon on the right of the password
4. Server URL disappears

A global save button for all the fields available in the page could be slightly more user-friendly.
