datahub - weird presentation during loading

Loading the https://dev.geo2france.fr/datahub/dataset/ilevia-abrisvelos dataset takes a bit of time.

This is what is displayed during load:

Surprised to see "Conditions d'utilisation" and not the others (or maybe they should not be displayed at all ?)

What is questionnable is why it takes that long. Material icons is 3Mo :fearful:
