Add support for MVT base map

Context For instance in the Datahub application, a map is used to display the geospatial datasets. At the moment, we can only specify image layers as the base map (WMS, WMTS or XYZ layers).

Proposal We propose to be able to also provide Mapbox Vector Tiles layers as basemap for the map component.
