Batch INSPIRE validation display the progress of the execution from other users

Describe the bug When several users issue the batch INSPIRE validation, the editor dashboard displays the progress of the last process executed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable INSPIRE in the settings and configure the INSPIRE validator
2. In different browsers login with 2 different users and go to the Editor board
3. Select with the 1st user 20 metadata and issue the INSPIRE validation process, the progress is displayed
4. In the other browser, with the 2on user select 5 metadata and issue the INSPIRE validation process, the progress is displayed
5. After a moment for the 1st user the progress is updated, displaying the progress of the 5 records from the 2on user.

Seem the validation of the records is done properly for all the records selected.

Expected behavior

For each user, it's displayed the validation process that he has issued.
