Metadata detail page are sent 9 requests to user feedback API

Opening a metadata detail page, 9 requests are sent 9 requests to user feedback API, even if the metadata doesn't have any user feedback.

Seem a bit excessive, to investigate further the reason of all these requests:

a similar challenge with the history panel, it loads 4 times for each metadata display
