Q search with case insensitive

I would like to use Q search to filter on the orgName field in particular but ignoring the case.

Geonetwork seems to be case sensitive with the orgName filter, which forces users to write the organization name with the correct case to find it

I would like to avoid this, is there a solution?

I did not find any information about this in the documentation.

My url looks like this at the moment: localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/eng/q?bucket=e101&fast=index&orgName=brux&from=1&_content_type=json&to=10&type=dataset&resultType=manager

I think this case be closed as q-search is removed from GN4 (replaced with Elasticsearch)
