Contact us page not working

Test:

  1. Enable User feedback in the Administration settings

  2. Access the Contact Us page: http://localhost:8080/geonetwork/srv/eng/contact.us

Also the page is not linked in the search application and for this kind of feature apart of fixing the rendering would be good to use a captcha.
