Adding a new group element in the editor doesn't show the delete button until the section is folded/unfolded

Test:

Create a new iso19139 metadata
In the default view click the + button to add a contact
The contact section is added, but can't be removed
Fold/unfold the contact section or click the Save metadata button --> The section can be removed

Seem a problem in Chrome, tested in FF 40 and IE 10 and looks fine there

Bug present under FF 41 : the red cross disappeared. Fold / Unfold do not change anything. Neither in the simple or the advanced view.

update : it is only true for xlink contact !

Looks to be working now ? Tested in simple view, no need to fold/unfold.

@josegar74 could you try and if ok close the ticket ?

It's not a critical issue, lets move to 3.0.4
