YABAR_WORKSPACE does not use `internal-prefix`

It would be nice to be able to specify a prefix value for the YABAR_WORKSPACE internal module

That would require more work than expected because that module is handled differently than the other internal modules. If anyone wants to implement this, feel free to make a PR.
