Move yabar master to a new stable release (0.5 or 1.0)

Hello @geommer, @NBonaparte and @jacksgt, it seems many new issues here were opened for bugs that were already fixed. I guess that's because they are using yabar 0.4.0 release that are copied and built in most distros which btw wasn't updated in a year now! that gives the impression that the project is abandoned which is not true. Please move the master branch to a new release so most distros can keep in pace with the many bug fixes over the past 2 months.

I would like to include the new wifi block and @NBonaparte 's workspace feature before making the next release. But in general I agree with you, we really need a new release.
