can't install FBReader 0.99.4 on Ubuntu 20.04

on Ubuntu 21.04 I have the same problem, can't install the latest. Only 0.12.10dfsg2.

Same error here, I am on Linux Mint 20.2, that is the same as Ubuntu 20.04
