Fix for desktop file (Linux improvements)

This enhance the .desktop file to improve support in Linux. In particular, this should fix issue 183 (desktop entry could declare handled mime types).

You should have added the hash # before the issue number, like this: #183.

Btw, this can be fixed on your Linux distro level by a packager (as this upstream is dead for a long time already)
