Implement loading/saving color schemes

It would be a really nice feature to be able to able load and save color schemes. It is too tedious to change the color parameters for each element individually and I would like to switch color settings regularly: For example, a low contrast dark background for reading in the dark and something else for 'bright' conditions. This would also facilitate sharing color settings between users and 'experimenting' with different color settings to find an alternative to the hard-on-the-eyes black on white.

And comments below:

"This is a feature I'm seriously craving, as well. For varying light levels, I switch my colors from white-on-black to black-on-white up to three or four times every day.

That said, I don't exactly need color schemes, though that would fit my purposes just fine. A simple "invert colors" that flipped all the colors around would also scratch my itch.

Color profiles require quite a bit of extra work for saving state. I might work up a simple patch to add a "View > Invert Colors" menu item, or an "Invert All" button on the color preferences dialog."

Please implement a css theme ability. That would be awesome.
