Add support for Freedesktop.org XDG Base Directory Specification

From http://old.fbreader.org/mantis/view.php?id=472

"Right now FBReader stores all its data (configs&dbs) in "$HOME/.FBReader" folder. There is a freedesktop.org specification (XDG Base Directory Specification - see http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html) [^] which defines directories where applications should store their config files and other data. FBReader should respect this specification."

Hi, I'd look to add my voice to this report. I'm a GNU/Linux GNOME user and very few GNOME applications don't conform the XDG Base Directory Specification, see the corresponding meta-bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=523057 I would love to see FBReader follow the spec too. It makes things easier (think of a backup software that allow to save data files but without the whole temp or config files etc.) Thanks !
