Remove misleading dialog

Remove misleading dialog that makes one think that one had to pay for the read aloud feature when in fact it has been available for free all the time.

Read aloud still works as it ever has, and always will, by using this app for free:

But it would be good if reading could be started from within the main application rather than from a separate application icon.
