Detail Level not taken into account for download size estimation on "existing excerpt" page

To reproduce:

1. Go to the Export Existing Excerpt page
2. Choose an excerpt from the list
3. Switch from Detail Level "Full Detail" to "Simplified" or back

Expected

Download size estimation should vary depending on Detail Level.

Observed

Download size estimation stays the same for the same excerpt.

Note:

Works as expected on the Order New Excerpt page.

Note: This works when selecting the level first and then the excerpt. Probably a defect in the event listener code.
