Google Sign in "Access blocked" if publishing status is set to "Testing"

On the demo application, trying to authenticate with Google, I get a "Access blocked: MailTest has not completed the Google verification process":

To resolve this, I had to add a Test user on the Google console > Audience section

=> should the Readme.md file be updated with this info?
