Make a way to create site adapters without coding

I just made an adapter for a books site, took me about 10 minutes as someone extremely familiar with the quirks of the system and with web scraping in general.

This was a reasonable time investment but bordering on too much work to make the experience fluid even for me. And obviously most people would take way longer or be unable to make an adapter due to lack of programming skill. Feels increasingly important to have a story for end user adapter creation.

The problem should mainly boil down to the same one tackled by many existing tools. This might be a good OSS starting point:
