Convert (spherical) chunk so that it can be rotated anywhere on the sphere.

Some digging of what it currently does will be necessary, but the goal would be to have a chunk that can also be located over the poles, for example.

Apparently the ellipsoidal chunk can already do something of this sort. Make sure to compare.
