Update website for the manual

The drop-down menus at the top of https://aspect.geodynamics.org/ still link to the PDF version of the manual, but not to the HTML version -- but you can get there with one of the green buttons. These two places should be synced.

Separately, the drop-down menu also links to an "Online tutorial", but that link is dead.
