Reset password

When a user forgets their password, there must be a mechanism to reset it email it to them. A button "Forgot password" should be added on the login page. That will redirect to a Lost Password page, where they enter a user name or an email. If the email does not exist, an error message is returned. Otherwise, send a new password to that email.
