Deleting phase containing papers

Suppose there are two screening phases, P1 followed by P2, and the the classification phase. I screened papers during P1 and included 10 papers. They are automatically moved to P2 waiting to be assigned to reviewers. If I delete P2, these 10 papers are not automatically transferred to the classification phase (or QA phase if there were one).
