POINT EMPTY from WKB is rendered as POINT (nan nan)

Found this on the geoarrow website FYI: src. Been there since the first draft of the geoarrow spec. Maybe there is an intentional reason for this.

Empty geometries
Except for Points, empty geometries can be faithfully represented as an empty outer list.

Empty points can be represented as POINT (NaN NaN).

Empty points are stored in GeoArrow as Point(NaN NaN). I think this issue is just about how they render in display output, where that would be clearer to display as Point EMPTY
