I'd be kind of weary of changing the default port for testing (although it should be mostly transparent for users). I assume that the port of `mvnd` is configurable, correct?...

AFAIR, we don't configure any of RestAssured's json settings. We only configure http related settings

More documentation is always welcome :). Would you like to contribute that (you had to see that one coming :laughing:)?
