[print] northing coordinates are not labeled in PDF

UC: open app, open the print menu, click the checkbox to print coordinates (see screenshot), print PDF Result: a PDF appears with purple grid lines and only the easting coordinates are labeled at the frame of the map, but not the northing coords Expected: both northing and easting coordinates are labeled in the PDF.

Reported by a user at helpdesk. Thanks in advance for reassigning and fixing that. image
