Hyperlink in title is not CI CD: underline

All OS ALL Browsers the hyperlink in the header of map.geo.admin.ch is has on mouseover and active an underline

expected result: no underline

They all have (the whole link bar) should I remove that for all the links? That helps to know that if you click, you'll get redirected to somewhere else dont' you think?

The behaviour is defined by CI CD bund. It has to work like the CMS *.admin.ch... It's called "Corporate identity"

So : revert it all back

It’s not something that has changed lately, it is defined directly in bootstrap. I’ll overwrite that in our css.
